After many years of researching and experimenting, we proudly present the new Adams vibraphone. Our engineers really did the impossible. They created an instrument for all purposes, with bars made out of a special aluminum alloy for high quality sound.
The NEW Adams vibraphone features the following: a 3 octave range ( F-F ), height adjustable Voyager or Endurance Field Frame, graduated aluminum alloy-nickel anodized finished bars, variable speed motor mounted inside the small end piece, welded and precisely constructed rattle free resonators, A=442 tuning, precise dampening mechanism, and removable rails and end pieces.
The frame consists of the well-known height adjustable Voyager frame, which now has the possibility of adding a damping pedal. Solid wheels with brakes give the finishing touch and make the frame stable and durable. The new Adams vibraphone can also be delivered with an Endurance Field Frame, which was introduced last year. This frame enables you to attach other instruments or accessories to the vibraphone with Pearl’s PC50 clamps. Large wheels, with a diameter of 200 mm, ensure optimal comfort during transport on uneven surfaces, e.g. out doors.
The fans in the resonators are driven by a unique patented system. They are driven directly from the side. There is no fan-belt than can be lost during transport. The fans can be stopped in the open position or closed position through simple push buttons.
The entire motor is built into the small side end piece with the fan controls located on top of the end piece. A 12 V adapter drives the motor which eliminates any voltage on the instrument at any time. The speed of the motor is variable from 25 – 150 rpm. This compact solution is perfect for both manufacturer and musician in case of repairs or maintenance.

Adams Musical Instruments is proud to introduce the newest addition to the Adams Vibraphone family, the VCNF30. The Adams VCNF30 is a motor-less Concert Vibraphone designed specifically for the grueling demands of outdoor field percussion and it’s also perfectly at home indoors on the concert stage. The VCNF30 features a 3 octave range, with precision graduated Adams aluminum alloy, nickel anodized bars. It produces a beautiful tone of unmatched quality, perfectly balanced throughout the entire range. The VCNF30 features an advanced, foot operated precision dampening mechanism, offering full pedal tension, damper, and height adjustments, allowing each player to custom configure the feel of the instrument to their exact playing style. The damper also utilizes a new supreme quality felt material to achieve true silent damping.

All resonator tubes on the VCNF30 are welded to eliminate all unwanted noises, and they are beautifully finished with a durable grey powder coat. Transportation on and off the field is simplified due to the extremely sturdy Adams Endurance Field Frame. The Endurance Frame features oversized 200mm wheels that can easily navigate any grass, turf or parking lot surfaces, and its large square tube construction is built for the extreme demands of highly competitive outdoor use. Both ends are fully height adjustable using the Adams precision adjustment system, and an accessory rail runs the full length of the instrument. The accessory rail is a perfect place to add cymbals, drums, bells, or practically any variety of different percussion instruments that can be used to greatly enhance your choice of performance options and available sounds.
