The 5 octave Concert Grand Soloist marimba is masterfully designed with wide graduated select rosewood bars to provide a rich full tone. It has a furniture quality hardwood frame and tunable aluminum alloy resonators. Concert Grand Soloist is also available as 4.6 octave rosewood marimba (M450).

Yamaha YM2400/YM2400R

The Acoustalon™ is an artificial wood marimba with a beautiful, almost miraculous sound - a sound like natural rosewood. The secret is its revolutionary FRP (Fiber Reinforced Plastic) tone bars. FRP bars are almost completely unaffected by changes in temperature or humidity, and are much less prone to damage.
