How do I Order?

Ordering your goods through thedrumplace.co.uk is easy. Simply choose what you want and call us on 01438 860334.
Your call will be answered by one of our friendly staff, who will take your order and give you the total price including delivery. We will begin processing your purchase the very same day. Alternatively you can call into The Drum Place to discuss your requirements.

How Do I Get My Goods?

All goods are sent for next day delivery by "Business Post" or Royal Mail whichever is the most economical or practical. "Business Post" Deliver between 9am and 5pm Monday to Friday. Timed Deliveries and Saturday Deliveries cost extra.

How much is delivery?

This depends on the size and weight . The minimum charge for next day delivery by courier to most parts of mainland uk is £10 inc VAT. Some areas of Scotland incur extra charges. If your goods are small enough to post then we try to take the cheapest option.

How Can I Pay?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Switch, Solo, Electron, Maestro and Delta cards, in addition to this, if you are collecting your goods from the drumplace in person you can pay by, cash or cheque. There are NO credit card charges at The Drum Place

What if there is something wrong with my purchase?

In the unlikely event of there being a genuine fault, or damage incurred during transit, please contact us immediately and we can discuss the necessary action.

Why don't you have a shopping basket system?

Shopping baskets are great for certain products such as CD's or flights, you know exactly what you're getting. With musical instruments we think it's different. One pair of 5A drums sticks might be the same as the next, but for many other products on this website you may require more detailed information or advice, that's why we set up a combined information and ordering line.

What is your returns policy?

If you are not happy with any product you may return it for a full refund (less delivery and admin charges) if it has been totaly unused and complete with its original packaging. The product must be returned to us within 7-days of delivery or collection. If you need to return any product please call us for prior authorization.

Do you have credit facilities?

At this time we do not offer any credit facilities.
